I'm a qualified osteopath and sports massage therapist, focused on helping you move better, reduce pain, and feel more confident in your body.
My approach combines clinical expertise with a personalised, hands-on style of care. I take the time to understand you, your symptoms, and your goals — so every treatment is tailored and meaningful.
I have a particular interest in supporting women through pregnancy and postnatal recovery, alongside treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions — from back pain and sciatica to sports injuries and postural strain.
